該機(jī)主要是用于玉米加工廠中玉米制粉和飼料制粉中使用，工作時(shí)物料受到破、剪、剝、刮作用，從而達(dá)到一定的研磨效果，每臺(tái)面粉機(jī)有兩套獨(dú)立的傳動(dòng)、喂料、研磨系統(tǒng)，在粉路中以皮、心、渣、尾各系統(tǒng)不同的技術(shù)參數(shù)發(fā)揮著各自的功能。
This machine is mainly adopted in corn flour milling and feed mill program. During operation, the materials are under the effects of breaking, shearing, peeling and scraping, which can achieve a certain milling effect. Each set of flour mill is equipment with two sets of independent transmission, feeding & milling systems, and they function separately in the milling line as per different technical parameters of each system - peel, core, residue, tail.

1、采用全氣壓自動(dòng)控制，既可單機(jī)控制，也可遠(yuǎn)程集中控制；還可采用電腦全自動(dòng)控制，變頻喂料，面粉機(jī)喂料傳感裝置停機(jī)時(shí)能實(shí)現(xiàn)快速排料且喂料輥轉(zhuǎn)速參數(shù)預(yù)調(diào)。
Fully-automatic air pressure control mode is adopted, with not only single-machine control but also remote centralized control allowed; besides, fully-automatic control via computer is also allowed. Feeding is conducted via frequency conversion. When the feeding sensor of flour mill is shutdown, quick blow-down and presetting of speed parameter of feeding roll can be achieved.
2、面粉機(jī)喂料輥離合器除采用氣動(dòng)離合器外，還可采用電磁離合器它體積小，成本低，安裝方便，性能可靠。
Besides pneumatic clutch, electromagnetic clutch can also be adopted for the feeding roll of flour mill, because it is featured with small size, low cost, easy installation and reliable performance.
3、磨輥采用偏心杠桿離合結(jié)構(gòu)單獨(dú)支承在灰鑄鐵機(jī)架上，磨輥組自承工作應(yīng)力。
Grinding roll is of eccentric lever clutch structure and separately placed on gray pig iron rack. Grinding roll group bears the working stress independently.
4、磨輥平置，物料易進(jìn)入研磨區(qū)，拆裝維修方便。
Grinding roll is placed horizontally, so the materials can enter into grinding zone easily, and assembly & disassembly as well as maintenance are also easy.
5、快慢輥采用三輪定速齒楔帶傳動(dòng)，傳遞功率大，不跳齒，不跑偏，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，噪音低。
Three-round constant-speed tooth-wedge belt transmission mode is adopted for quick-slow roll, with large transmission power, free of jumping gear and displacement. Besides, the roll can operate steadily, with low noise.
6、面粉機(jī)兩側(cè)機(jī)架為上、下剖分結(jié)構(gòu)，快慢輥軸承座與下機(jī)架聯(lián)接處設(shè)有減振墊。
The racks at both sides of flour mill are of up-down structure, and an anti-vibration pad is set where the bearing pedestal of quick-slow roll is connected with the lower rack.
7、心磨設(shè)有負(fù)壓吸風(fēng)裝置，可改善喂料狀況，降低磨輥及物料溫度。
Core grinder is equipped with a negative pressure suction device which can improve the feeding condition and lower the temperature of grinding roll and materials.
8、氣動(dòng)元件、軸承均采用進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品，齒楔帶采用優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品，確保整機(jī)的使用性能。
Pneumatic components and bearings are imported from abroad, and tooth-wedge belt is of high quality, so as to guarantee satisfactory performance of the whole set of equipment.
9、整機(jī)為全封閉、復(fù)式結(jié)構(gòu)，表面采用了靜電噴涂生產(chǎn)工藝。色澤光亮，長久不變色。
The whole set of equipment is of totally-closed compound structure, with electrostatic spraying process adopted for its surface. The color is bright and no discoloration occurs for a long time.
